To always be mission ready, TPU developed and supplied an autonomous air heating system for the crew compartment and the water pump compartment of a fire truck, meticulously selected and tailored to the client’s technical specifications.
The heater ensures comfortable working conditions for the crew and uninterrupted operation of crucial firefighting equipment even at outdoor temperatures as low as −20 °C.
The heater works independent of the main engine and has its own autonomous fuel supply system, taking fuel either from the vehicle’s tank or a compact additional tank. The system has multiple interchangeable control systems.
Understanding the importance of this project, we use the most modern technologies in the design and carefully control the quality of the assembly for maximum reliability and safety of the heater and the fire engine.
The autonomous heating system for the cabin provides comfort for the driver while the additional parking heater creates optimal starting temperatures for a quick and reliable engine start at cold temperatures.
Designed especially for all-terrain vehicles, the climate system works independently from the engine and uses its fuel efficiently. It was developed according to the request of the customer especially for export to cold countries.
TPU developed and designed a complete climate system for partrol boats. The systems consists of an autonomous air heating unit which quickly and effectively warms up the cabin, ensuring comfort for the crew during long missions. The heating system is fuel based and operates independently from any external power supply.
Secondly, a high performance monoblock marine air conditioner secures optimal temperature and humidity conditions during high outside temperatures. The AC removes any excess heat and moisture, creating optimal working conditions for the professional crew.
