Engineering and Project design - professional assistance for your projects

We offer a comprehensive range of services in the field of design and development of climate control systems.

Our projects are used in various types of vehicles, either civilian or military, but also in ships, containers and shelters. We find optimal solutions to the specific needs of our customers, tailored to their vehicle configuration, dimensions and climatic conditions, offering seamless integration of our climate control systems.

Our engineering department utilizes state-of-the-art software and methods complemented by solid practical experience, ensuring smooth progress at all stages of the project. They cover all aspects of the product development process, from customer requirement analysis to initial design and serial production. From project calculations to implementation, certification and after-sales support.

Among our most successful projects are custom-designed heating and air conditioning systems for special vehicles, containers and shelters as well as field kitchen units, mobile hot water supply systems and power supply generators.

TPU was the first Ukrainian company to develop and manufacture Borey Tent – a highly efficient air conditioning and heating system for tents;

Further, we created a portfolio of standardized HVAC and Evaporator units and a portable air heater for use in shelters.

We have successfully launched local substitutes to electronic controls units for air conditioners and heaters.

Kozak APC air conditioning extension
Integrated solution for an AC extension system for Kozak-2M1 and Kozak-5 armored personnel carriers
Integrated autonomous air conditioning extension for armored personnel carriers. We equipped the Kozak 2M1 with an additional evaporative cooler to lower the interior temperatures in the crew compartment. The 6 kW air conditioner creates a comfortable climate inside the cabin, operating independently from the vehicles's main AC system. It maintains an optimal temperature even when the engine is switched off.
